BIOGRAPHY

PERSONALITY
Snarky and Loud
Cassandra thinks that everyone always needs to hear what she has to say on matters. She often times is just out to have fun and struggles to take matters seriously.

Kind and Sympathetic
Despite being obnoxious, Cassie can actually be very understanding and is a great listener. She offers good advice and is often times a very rational thinker.

Lazy and Laid Back
If Cassie doesn't have to do any work, she won't. Her human pampered her and only made her do stuff he knew she would succeed with.

Funny and Light-Hearted
Cassandra can always manage to make anyone smile. Whether that be through a prank, a joke, or something she does to herself, she is always striving to make others laugh. Her lack of contact with other cats for most of her life has left her feeling like she needs to please everybody.

HISTORY
Cassandra was born to two massive Persian leopards. Her mother was owned by a kind Coliseum cat trainer, and her father was owned by a wealthy, cruel man. Her father's owner took particular interest in her mother's size and brute strength, and paid the other man a good amount of money to breed the two, expecting a large litter they could split. However, when the time came, only two cubs were born, and one was dead before it had seen light. By this time, Cassie's father was dead; killed in the arena. Her mother died in the birth. The wealthy man was furious and frustrated; he attempted to take the newborn cub by force. Cassandra's mother's owner, however, was distraught over the loss of his only fighter; he ended up having the man killed a few weeks later to save his only cat. And so he did; he saved Cassandra and his only source of income.

It didn't take long to figure out Cassie was not going to be a strong fighter like her parents both were. She was lonely, seeing as the man only owned her. He tried to train her as hard as he could, but Cassandra simply didn't see the point. She only ever wanted to play all the time and was never a cold killer. The man was disappointed, but he fell in love with her quickly. She was tame, dreamy, and playful. He had never seen a cat like her. He still needed money, however, so he occasionally put her in fights that he knew she would win, and win easily. Cassandra developed a high ego. She didn't realize that she was taking other lives. She didn't see the impact she was having. She thought the fights were fun and playful, full of adventure. It was a time she would finally get to meet other cats, if only for an instant.

But as she aged, she began to realize exactly what she was doing. Those cats she was meeting were never going to meet her again. They were never going to play her games or tell her their names. They were gone. And she was the cause of it all.

So after the fights, under the arena in the cages before she went home, she would talk to other cats. She began to realize this wasn't the life she wanted to live. She started to realize she had easy battles, and one day, she might die. She also heard the stories of the great Empires.

Still young, Cassie didn't know how much running off to the Empires would change her life. She didn't know she would never see her kind owner again, and she didn't really think about it. She planned an escape with a few other cats, and they did indeed escape. When she was being taken out for a fight, she tore herself away from the human after her armor was put on at the same time some others did, and they jumped out of a window and ran through the city, out into the wild. The cats she was with took off without her and were separated. Cassie really could care less; she was having an adventure. Finally, she was living her life the way she had imagined it. She stumbled upon Shadow Empire, and easily fit herself into the new way of living.

ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE

There was a click and the gates to Cassie's cage opened. Careful hands dragged her out. There was no need for protection; she had never attacked a human, and had no intention of ever attacking one. Quickly, easily, her armor was slipped on. The blue-stained leather and speckled metal plates fit perfectly; her owner had spent a lot of money on this for her.

There was a quiet growl from behind her, and she glanced back. Another one of the cats was out. It was almost time. One by one, each cat in their plan was pulled out, getting prepared for another fight. But they would not fight tonight, or ever again.

The man started pulling her towards the gate, to the screams of the crowd and the roar of humans. There was a voice behind her, sharp and urgent. "Now!"

On cue, she grabbed the rope around her neck in her jaws and yanked it out of the humans hand. There was a clamor and some yells, but she ignored them. Cats in cages yowled and roared in protest and in support. Some wanted them out, some were wondering what they were doing. She followed one of her comrades out the window they had planned on running out of. It was an easy jump into the alleyway and a quick run into the cold streets.

They ran through. There were screams and shouts and calls and the cats ahead of her were just laughing or yelling or completely silent. Cassandra was thrilled. Finally, adventure! Some real adrenaline! Not something set up for a person's enjoyment. This was real, and this was for her. Suddenly they were out of the city, into the free lands and the grass and open air. The cats she was with were gone; off on their own. Cassie didn't care. She jumped into the river, laughing and calling out to the Gods that she was free! She was off on her own, able to do what she wanted!

Cassandra was free, and she wasn't going to die.

Hey hey~
If I can't find out who Kostenlos' first mentor was, can I use Cassy? His first mentor died, though I'm not sure what Cassandra's exit story was and if it would fit but IF IT DOES.
